We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us from the About Us page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, stickers, custom orders, gift cards or items that do not meet the above return policy.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How long does it take to process and order?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand that we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect, but we do our best to get your order hand packaged and out the door.

What about Shipping?

We ship products both domestically and to a select number of international destinations via USPS. Shipping times depend upon your location and the current functionality of the USPS. If you live in Chicago-land like we do, you will likely receive your product faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery dependent upon on the shipping speed and fee you selected. International shipping is longer.

Personalized (custom) and pre-order items take up to two weeks (14 days) or longer to ship because they are made to order. Check the product page to note any additional production/shipping times.
